When I am not "off the wagon" I like to juice at least two 24 hr periods per week. Thanks for the reminder!

I try to jucie once a week. I store the juice in a green tinted mason jar to limit light exposure to the juice.

I just drink one green juice a day, usually in the evening. I also find the juicer to be a pain to clean. It's possible on the weekends or days off that I will juice twice because I have more time.

Hello everyone I'm new to the group and I love juicing now I'm up to twice everyday and I replace those for meals...I started slow by just adding a juice to the meal once a day and really loved the taste...so I'm up to twice a day replacing two meals and some days I juice three times a day but still have at least one meal....

Are there any of you who totally replace all meals for juicing or smoothies....I want to try smoothies next month

If You're tired or starting over stop giving up

Hello. I'm new here. Just started modified Reboot your Life last week. Hubby and I are both doing it. I don't like to juice everyday, for two people. It's too time consuming. So I spent a couple hours cutting, cleaning and juicing enough juice for 4 days. Put them in mason jars and into the freezer. Then when we need a new one, we pull it out several hours a head and put it on the counter to thaw. Tastes just the same and makes my life easier.

-Tip Something I have found to help easily clean the juicer: When you are finished adding all your fruits and veggies in the chute, poor some water in the chute while the juicer is still on. It helps get the remaining juice in the juicer out and it helps clean the juicer. Makes clean up with the screen/net or whatever you call it... ALOT easier!!!! You only need to use 1/4 - 1/2 cup of water... Not much at all.

I juice every day and usually have 2 cups of the juice du jour midmorning. If I'm doing an all-juice day I make all my juices in the morning and just store them in the fridge. I know that's not the ideal but I'm not cleaning my juicer all day long--besides I'm at work.

Juicing is a bit of a process, but the fresher, the better.
Right now I'm doing a 21-day cleanse (following Kris Carr) so I juice enough for the day(4 servings) in the morning.
I drink 2 servings of green juice instead of breakfast, then lunch as usual and the remaining 2 servings of green juice between lunch and dinner.
I've just completed day 5 of the cleanse - so far so good - but I agree with you - it's a time-consumer. I'm hoping as I progress I'll get faster at it.

How often does everyone juice? Are you just juicing for breakfast, or lunch or dinner? Or have a glass of fresh juice for a snack? Do you replace a meal with juice or just have it with a meal? Thanks I'm just trying to figure out how to do this juicing thing. I am still pretty knew and make my juice in the morning before breakfast. UGH I hate cleaning the darn thing...can't imagine juicing more than once and having to clean it over and over.
