Jazzercise for me. too -- 3 or 4 times a week.

Then walking, and biking. In the summer, my brother's farm has lots of opportunities for cardio exercise!

Usually the elliptical, but sometimes I run on the treadmill. I also do Zumba 1 day a week. On a very rare occasion I ride the recumbent bike. Oh yeah, and I have the EA Active for my Wii and that has some good cardio stuff on it.

lately it has been aerobics dvds.... but it used to be mostly jogging and hiking...i still do one of those at least once a week

Run 3 days a week and then for a 4th day of cardio usually elliptical. In the warm months our family also goes for a lot of walks.

Now that I'm finally back at the gym after recovering from a sprained ankle, I do a half hour on the treadmill three times a week. I also walk way uphill twice a week to classes in Cincinnati. The reward is that after class I get to cruise downhill. :) It's a healthy 40 minute one way walk which I do twice a week during each term. I can't run on the treadmill anymore; at 63, it's too hard on my joints. The elliptical machines are sized for people who are 5'5" or taller; I'm 5'3". I often go to the "cardio cinema" and zone out. It's very relaxing. emoticon

I run on the elliptical and ride the bike. I occasionally walk on the treadmill. When its nice outside, I like to go on long walks.

For me, it's usually the elliptical at the Y. I also run on the treadmill (both at home or the Y), and since the weather has been a little warmer I enjoy running outside.

Right now I'm limited with my ankle, but I usually go for walks. I also ride my bike. I can't run(partially cause I don't like to). I have two Weight Watcher walk at home dvd's that I do from time to time. I also have the Biggest Looser Cardio Blast. That kicks my butt. I have yet to make it thru the first week!

I usually either do an exercise video such as walk away the pounds or ride the stationary bike for an hour, after I do one or the other of these things, I usually play wii fit for awhile as well with the kids.

General I walk on the treadmill. Today I did 70 mins @ 2% incline...3.52 miles. I also have a couple of exercise DVDs and occasionally do YOGA.

Now that the weather is getting nicer in Wisconsin, I hope to get in more outdoor activities.

Life is too short to wake up with regrets. Love the people who treat you right. Forget about the one�s who don�t.

I do workout dvds, like Walk Away the Pounds, and most recently Jillian's 30 Day Shred, which is a killer!! Going to start the C25K in 2 weeks, too.

Just curious how everyone gets their cardio in? I have a treadmill, but it's pretty much a coat rack right now. I usually walk outside, do an aerobics or step aerobics dvd or dance like a crazy woman. What are your favorites? I have found that the step aerobics burn the most calories per minute.

Nothing tastes as good as being thin feels!!!
