i actually did this deck of cards workout today. it was nice for a change...it is something that you could make up any exercise for each suit.... next time i do it i'm going to incorporate different styles of each (i.e. bicycle crunch instead of basic crunch each time...or side lunges instea of just standard lunges...etc.) i did it while watching t.v. today!

Actually, Jillian's might have been based on flip fitness, but it was much simpler and something you could do with any plain old deck of cards.

THANX; I've stated them & my hubby is gonna help me come up with some stuff that I generally dont do over the weekend
