Yes, it's nice that SP doesn't push us along the Stages. We just do 'em at whatever tempo is best for our needs. You'll know when you're ready to move on. The calendar dates are just general estimates. Each of us is different and has different needs.

I think that's the best advice I've heard all day!

Courage is not the absence of fear, but rather the judgment that something else is more important than fear.

Stay in any Stage as long as you feel you need to. The guidelines are "averages" and you know no one is really average. I've been in Stage 2 for three months now since I'm having a hard time meeting the goals set out. It's all based on how you feel and if you think you're ready.

Determintation can make the impossible possible.

I moved on to stage 4 but with the thought I could go back to 3 if I wanted to. The goal setting ideas for stage 4 look interesting, but I'm not at my goal weight or fitness level yet, so I'm keeping an open mind.

Well after careful consideration I decided to go back to Stage 1. I got really sick in February pneumonia & gained back 10 lbs of the weight that I lost. So starting over truly starting over

No rush. Extra time spent in stages is common. I do expect to go to stage 4 in April, though.

I haven't gotten out of stage 1 yet. Partially because of my dinosaur computer. I have lost weight and am exercising more but cannot access the video's or some of the sites so I am waiting for the new computer which should be here soon. Shipment to Guam takes awhile especially when production is backlogged.
