I have def been feeling stressed!!!
It is hard to beat!!! Especially when I am stressed all I want to do is eat!!
I am trieing my best to fight it though, and I think I have a handle on it now I think!

Maybe you could do some relaxing things for yourself, that may help.

Is anyone else feeling VERY high anxiety levels at the moment?
If so how are you dealing with it?
I took a quiz on http://www.moodgym.com.au/welcome and my anxiety levels are in the VERY high range at the moment.
I noted that I'm not sleeping well and am very much on edge despite undertaking my usual methods of self care. I know a fair bit of this stress is wedding related, but i don't want to be highly strung on the wedding day!
HELP!!!

Goal 1 = 92 kg
Goal 2 = 85 kg
Goal 3 = 75 kg
