Don't feel bad, I think it's hardest in the beginning, really. And it takes a while for the weight to start showing through the scale-well, it does for me anyway.
Don't count yourself out b/c you 'cheated'..what do you mean by that? Did you go over in cals? Well, I'm sure you'll have days you'll go under, so don't beat yourself up about it. Did you forget to go to the gym? Do some situps before you get in the shower-just a few.
No matter what, you can always get back into it. So don't let just one time kill you. Arm yourself with good stuff though-do I reward myself? SURE! Just with pomegrante fat free frozen yogurt, no longer my edy's mint girls scount cookie ice cream!!!

I'm sorry to hear that!! It can be hard sometimes! You are only human, and you will have slip ups hear and there. It is okay!!!!!!!!
You are doing so great, try not to let it bug you so much!

I stay motived by thinking of taking pictures at my wedding right now. I don't want to look back at the pictures and regret not giving my all to this weight loss challenge.

I stay motivated by not considering it a "cheat" or "diet". I try to make conscious decisions on what I should and shouldn't eat. If I make the wrong decision then I just let it go and get back to it.

so it has only been 4 days and I already cheated last night! I know I need to get this weight off before the wedding, how does everyone keep themselves motivated to stay on track?
