Sorry they are postponing the article. It would be nice to get it published in a national newspaper. Maybe some folks would catch on that we're not a bunch of hypocondiacs. (however you spell that)

I found, too, that the more I can exercise the easier it gets. Sometimes we just have to work through our pain. I started just stretching in bed. At that time i would barely make it to the bathroom and back. Then I'd do little things, like walk in place and stretching from the floor. It's a long process, but there is hope. Working through pain is more pain, but in my case it was beneficial.

A goal without a plan is just a wish.

I love to read good news. Weight loss and less fatigue? What an amazing combination. Congratulations on both. Sorry about the supplement though. It will eventually rear it's head again and I also hope your tendonitis flare goes away soon.

The good news is that I'm not feeling quite as fatigued as before. I'd rate my fatigue about at 5 now, as opposed to the 7 or 8 it can be. I have been going to the gym faithfully - 25 days out of the past 26. I don't do too much: 20 minutes on the elliptical and then 3 upper body weight exercises. That's all I can do and that is enough!

My so-so news is the article that I wrote for USA Today's health supplement on fibromyalgia isn't being published right now. They scrapped the supplement so it may be in the newspaper itself at some point, but if it is, I will only find out by accident because I'm in Canada and I don't get that paper. Darn. Oh well, it's only so-so news because although it won't be published, while I was researching it, I was able to speak to several experts so I'm working on another project on the topic and it will likely be an ebook.

My bad news is tendinitis is roaring its ugly head. I am very prone to developing tendinitis, often just out of the blue - part of the FM, I'm told. This time, it's in my left wrist. Ouch, ouch, ouch.

Oh, back to ending on good news! I lost some more weight. ;-) I'm down into the 150s. Imagine that! emoticon
