Way to go! I started 10th grade (again) this week too...My a sophomore! Seems like just yesterday we were going to preschool!

We both have set some healthy goals to start out the school year right....eating breakfast (not just a cup of coffee) healthy lunches and 10,000 steps a day...our new fitbits are clipped on. :-)

Bigggg shout out to the student, teacher, and administrator SPARKERS returning to school today or in the upcoming weeks!!!!! My eldest heiress is a Sophomore this year. Where does the time go??

It gets hectic but I'm setting a goal to make sure we get a good breakfast in the mornings. Goals also in place to make sure she gets a square lunch, stays active, has healthy after school snack options, and gets plenty of rest at night. Not easy with a teenager but it's a goal I'm setting here like the others!!!!

Just a little addition, I had a talk w my daughter this morning when I was helping her w her hair before school. I asked her to do me a favor...if she sees a kid today who is new or seems to be having a hard time making friends or fitting in, to go up and say hi. To strike up a convo w him or her. To remember the first day of school isn't easy for everyone!!!!

Hope you guys will join me in those goals and please feel free to share/leave comments of recipes, snacks, activities, name it!!
