Hello!

I'm a busy momma of a 20 month old. I am looking for some 10-15 minute ideas I can squeeze in as I get time after bedtime. I'm already getting up at 6am so please don't suggest getting up earlier. I am NOT a morning person and it's a struggle getting out of bed as it is. Going for walks was what I did until it got too cold. I don't have any exercise equipment at home or access to a gym, so these ideas need to use just little ol' me.

Thanks!
