I googled "how many calories do I burn doing laundry" and I found several sites with calculators to show for several regular activities like cooking, laundry, washing dishes, playing with kids, etc.... they even have them for if you and your significant other get "busy" too. Here is a link to one of the ones I use for reference.

This may be silly, but since I am still breast feeding my 11 mo. old should I add that to the exercise?? I read you burn between 200-500 calories breastfeeding. She basically doesn't need to breastfeed but still does so I would consider me more on the 200 calories burned side per day.

GRANTED I know I can't use this as my main source of exercise or consider it really exercise at all.... but it's would be nice to add something a little extra if it qualifies :)

My girls napping are like Cheese Cake and Wine.... I enjoy it in the moment but pay for it later. (When they nap they are up so LATE)
