I gained too much weight during pregnancy and never completely lost the weight afterwards. My belly tends to hang over my c-section scar. I've heard that slow weight loss will help your body adjust and some of the skin elasticity will come back, but its been 4 years since my son was born.

Has anyone here had a c-section and lost enough weight to see whether that "fold" (for the lack of a better word) goes away, or at least shrinks?

Thanks.
