That is awesome! What a great example you are for your son! I definitely find that our kids eat lots more fruits and veggies when my hubby and I do. Do as I do!

Yesterday I had 2 healthy snacks left over in my lunch bag from work. I thought I would just recycle them to today or eat them later at home, but my son who is 2 saw my lunch bag and picked it up and carried it around calling it "my backpack" - anytime he likes or wants something it "belongs" to him.

So I said lets see if there is anything in the lunch back and we opened it up to find left over mango and a plum that wasn't eaten (2 of my son's favorites!). Which, we shared for a snack together.

After that, he wanted the lunch bag so I found a small cool bag, and he paraded around the house with his "lunch bag" proudly.
