I read an article on sparkpeople I believe that was about running but in the same it suggested getting up early to exercise since you're still half-asleep...

You have to fit it in when you can. I have two kids, 5 and 8 and a husband that requires my attention. Once I get the kids off to school, I go walking or where I work has a gym so after work I will work out before picking them up from their grandmother's. I work full time and is also a college student. So I have to find time and fit it in during the day.

When mine were younger, and with my 4yo now, I would have things set up in a part of the basement for them to play with while I'm working out. I have my workout room set up in the basement so that way I can keep my eye on them and still get it in. Luckily I have older ones to watch him if I'm going running. Also, enlist the help of your fiance. Or perhaps it might be better for you to get up early to get your workout in while they are still sleeping so you don't feel like you are missing time with them in the evenings.

Good luck!!

I have a question for everyone how in the world do you all find time to exercise. With two kids and working full-time it is really hard to do anything besides walk. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated
