Hey MELOSPARKLE! Tuesdays are spoken for, I just had to update the list. Saturday is still up for grabs. HK2010 volunteered to do Sundays if noone else wanted to, but if that is the day you would rather have I am sure she would be fine with it.

Thanks for volunteering, even if the days still available isn't something you can do, thank you so much for being willing!!

PURPLEMISS - Thank you so much for that suggestion. This way if someone didn't want to commit to all the time, they could pick the day best for them and do it every week. That was awesome. So let's try that for that part of the team leadership.

You pick the day you want since you came up with the idea (Thanks for saying you would take one!) List it and then anyone else that joins could pick their day and list it until we have all seven days taken care of.

Hi! I would like to help but find this team enormous and overwhelming. I have a suggestion. Find seven people who will each be responsible for one day - on that day, they welcome all new members who have joined and respond to introductory posts. I volunteer for one day. What do you think?

Hi Team,

I have been a team leader of this team since the beginning in 2008, I have loved being one and still do. However, certain things in life have popped up since last year that has kept me from being here and focused 100%. I've had a couple of others help me thru those months (and I am forever grateful for that!) but their kids have gotten older and they have moved on. My husband lost his job with General Motors last year after 14 yrs, is currently looking for work, we lost our home, and we've picked up and moved to another state. (We have managed to find a lot of good things that came out of it and I know we will be okay) I just wanted you all to know why I haven't been around as much as I should have been and why it's difficult to keep up with some things that need to be kept up with.

I have even lost focus of my original goal of being at Spark and that was for myself to loose weight and get healthy for my kids.

This team has over 100,000 people!!! I NEED HELP! LOL

I want to stay and help lead but it's going to require some help from some of you that feel you are willing to help.

Here is what I need extra team leaders for:

Some to help with welcoming people to the team, either thru their individual post or the get to know you thread.

Some to come up with things to challenge other members. It can be a daily challenge, or you could set up monthly challenges.

Some to just be here to help encourage each other.

If you really want to do one of these things above, then just respond here or shoot me an email. I could really use the help!!

WE ALL NEED EACH OTHER!!!

I will keep doing the buddy groups for now as well.

I hope to hear from some of you, I see that ya'll are motivating each other and that is great!!!
