Hi there. I know I go around in an exhaused fog 90% of the time. Since it's so hard not to eat, I agree with Melissa, make sure you have healthy snacks around to get you thru the "munchy" moments.

I also hope you can get some deep emoticon 's soon!!

For one I am sure that there are a lot of us on this team that are in the same boat. I know that I am always exhausted.

Now as for the food thing I would just make sure that you always have healthy snacks that you like around. Chew gum cause it will trick your body to thinking it is getting food and can sometimes pacify it enough so that you aren't hungery. I hope that that helps or that someone else has better ideas for you.

I hope you can get some good sleep soon.

This is so hard. I am young, 25, I think I am still young, and I am having the hardest time. I am always beat and I am always hungry. It is pretty easy to get food as a teacher too! I want my body back! Any suggestions? emoticon
