I like the every day accomplishments of logging in and tracking. I like earning points. It's so great to keep track of doing something so good for yourself.

emoticon back. I started with spark in June, but it took until Nov for me to get really into it. Now I feel motivated and inspired. I'm sure you will again too. For me, baby steps are the way to go. Small goals accomplished feel really great.

Coming back and starting over???? Started at 207 last July and have goal of 135 - eventually. I hadn't seen 180 yet, but was getting close. School started back up and gradually... I kept messing this up more and more. Now I'm back up to 191. 10 pounds - TWO SUGAR BAGS! I've reset my starting weight and starting date. I've WAY extended my goal date so that I don't feel so pressured - I think that's why. Just think I need to start small again. I was doing soooo well with this site and I DON'T want to give up!!!!
