I'm in also. This year, I'm more focused on the behaviors versus the result (though the result is the ultimate goal) but feel like if I do the behaviors, the results have to follow, sooner or later.Am really just starting the year now, because my holidays just finishing for us (they are l..o...n...g) and especially as family (my sister) came to stay from Canada. I'm thinking my scale day may be Tuesday....

Looking forward to make the Roaring 20's the best decade!! Making it happen!!! Motivation into momentum.
My words-of-the-year: *SMART* (goals) & *evolve* (2018 was persist, 2019 was: *eMbody KIND(/ness) &/ =balance= )

My 2020 goal is TRACKING FOOD to result in a loss of 100 pounds (so 111.20 on ticker, started year 11.2 down from summer 2019)
Jan-March fitness goal = PUSH-UPS! Starting with my age (now 57) wall push-ups....
