Congratulations to all of you for committing to this goal. I started with Team 300 lbs. Plus back in 2008. I owe a lot to this team. I learned how to set goals right here. It took me about 13 months to actually lose 100 lbs. Without my sister Thoms1 I don't know if I could have done it.

Good luck to you all, you are so worth it! The meme that was posted earlier says it all!

I lost another 3 pounds this past week. I have been dieting off and on for a very long time, but this time my weight loss is slower than usual. I think it is probably because I am not as active as I used to be.

Hi I'm new to the team and would love to join you in this goal. 291.7 would be 100 pounds. I'm working toward getting under 300. I had a big drop this week of 6.6 pounds. I'm down to 344.3. Praise God!

Good evening everyone. Just joining the team and would love to start this challenge. I have no realistic expectations of losing 100 pounds by Dec 31, but I will do my best to stick to a good food plan everyday. If I can lose half of that I will be happy.
Starting weight Aug 9, 2020 - 320 pounds.

Hi, just finding this discussion thread. I've suffered from the Corona weight gain. After hitting a "NEW" all time high in July (UGH!), I'm back on track. Here's to a successful second half of the year!

I've been tracking my weight both in the Club52 thread on this team, & lately on my 5% team. That team has a Saturday weigh-in day, so I'm doing that. I know on the Club52, people track there during the weekend and early week, and *I think* it's summarzed a lot by a woman on Monday or Tuesday.

As to my 2020 goal of 100 pounds...I'm at about 35 pounds after the mid-year mark, but covid changed things. Regardless, I'm keeping on, and still hoping again st hope to reach teh magic-ally round number of 100 pounds. Here I'll report monthly for the rest of the year.

Looking forward to make the Roaring 20's the best decade!! Making *Motivation* moving into momentum; Making it happen!
My 2020 words-of-the-year: *SMART* (goals) & *evolve*
((2018 was persist, 2019 was: *eMbody KIND(/ness) &/ =balance= ))

My KEY 2020 strategy is TRACKING FOOD to result in a goal loss of 100 pounds (so 111.20 on ticker, started year 11.2 down from summer 2019)
Jan-July fitness goal = PUSH-UPS! Starting with my age (now 58) wall push-ups....

I'm in also. This year, I'm more focused on the behaviors versus the result (though the result is the ultimate goal) but feel like if I do the behaviors, the results have to follow, sooner or later.Am really just starting the year now, because my holidays just finishing for us (they are l..o...n...g) and especially as family (my sister) came to stay from Canada. I'm thinking my scale day may be Tuesday....
