Yepper! Bob is an inspiration to me - not because of his weight loss, but because of his consistency! He is on the site daily - like many of you are - and he always posts something uplifting to his friends' personal sites and comments!

I am still figuring my way around everything! There is just so much to take in on this site and so many, many supportive people to get to know!

I was really hoping to get the real "hang of it" so to speak before I had to go back to school in a few weeks when I would have much less discretionary time than I do now!

WEEK 12 Summary; Lost 3.6 lbs last week

Changes I made this last week; had a refeed day of 2500 which increased my daily cal avg by 100 to 2036; no complex carbs/starchy veggies on mon/wed/fri (except for breakfast, Old Fashioned Oats), 55 more min of fitness training this week
