Thanks for the tips, everyone! I never thought of YouTube and I just today found the WO videos on SP.

A friend just "donated" a WATP DVD to me. I'll try that tomorrow since we have yet another snow day from school!

And yes, shoveling does work up quite a sweat! I've done lots of that this winter!

Leslie Sansone is FANTASTIC!!! I have a couple of her DVDs. She is also on line. YouTube as a tone of stuff. One of my favorite guys is Paul Eugene. He makes me laugh while I am blasting the cardio. Also, if you have a Wii, use the dance videos and the boxing is great. emoticon

I would definitely suggest those walk away the pounds dvds! They are great. I have one that has 4 workouts on it..the 1,2, 3 and 4 mile. I want to get more of hers too.

I also do tae bo (free on you tube) and just got the biggest loser cardio, which is hard, but I wanted something different. I sometimes do the kickboxing vids on SP too. :)

I went to Walmart and picked up a bunch of fitness DVDs for 5$ each. I have a wide variety from belly dancing, to pilates to aerobics. I like the ones from Shape the best though. Getting a couple of them keeps them from getting boring.

Youtube has a lot of fitness videos. Just type in what type of cardio you want to do that day and you should receive a number of results. The ones you really like, you can save as favorites so that you can reference easily.

When I don't make it to the gym I do a Walk Away the Pounds DVD. It's MUCH better than doing nothing and I definitely get a bit of a heart rate boost.

I'm having some trouble getting in enough cardio during all the snow and ice we are having here. Does anyone have any ideas for cardio indoors? Cheap, too! I can't afford a gym membership right now and am also pressed for time. Someone once suggested the Leslie Sansone DVD's. Anyone have any reports one way or the other about those?
