I set up my "walk route" on this map, but haven't had a chance to walk it emoticon Maybe today...

I don't know if you all heard about this blog, so i'm passing this on to you. It's another way to make cardio fun!

Here's a great new feature from Spark Guy that lets you track your walk or run or cycling emoticon emoticon emoticon (anywhere in the world); lets you plot the distance, cals used and everything.

You can find the Map Tracker under HEALTHY LIFESTYLE at the top of your page, click on Fitness and then down to MAP MY FITNESS.
