O.K. The past couple weeks, I have been doing terrible on my exercise, eating, and everything. I'm tired of feeling like this. Right now, I am feeling misserable from what I've eaten tonight. I wrote a blog this morning from an experience I had with weight loss when I was 19 years old. I hope y'all read it, and enjoy it as much as I enjoyed reflecting on the memories. As I was writing it, I actually started getting the excitement back that I have been missing for these past couple weeks.
I've also gone back and read some messages you all have sent my way to give me encouragement, advice, and showing me the concern, and the love. That too brought back the excitement. So, with that being said, I want to say Cheers to all of you for what you do for me. I love each and everyone of you for that.
