I guess I'm lucky on the crunches/situps..I have the abs...just no upper body strength!

Lunges can be tough on the knees. My personal trainer had me do them by putting my leg back instead of to the front because she said it's easier on the knees.
For me a lot of things are tough right now, but that's because I'm sick at the moment. So I'll just say crunches are pretty tough right now.
