Lately, I've been jumping onto this website, and reading health page stuff and drinking water til it passes. If I'm at work I hide in the produce cooler, and count the bags of veggies so my boss will think I'm working for the 5 minutes I stare into space.

The older I get the wider the horizon seems...

Knitting and crafting are very useful. Sometimes I blog. Sometimes I cry. Other times I dance to the fastest, happiest belly dance music I can find:)

I usually go to my room and stay there and listen to music. Sometimes i take a long shower or give myself a facial...just staying far away from the kitchen. once i've calmed down i usually write down what happened and reflect on the situation and try to to see the postive and remind myself that "this too shall pass"

Well, yesterday I logged onto SP and vented on Curvey Creations and then blogged about my random thoughts. Sometimes I go for a walk. Sometimes I lash out then find myself apologizing for that but it happens. If I'm really worked up and at home I start cleaning like crazy . . . this is when my husband gets concerned. Other times if I'm completely overwhelmed I cry.

I bought myself a cheap, but very pretty journal with a butterfly on front (my personal symbol these days, I see myself as the butterfly emerging from the cocoon.) and whenever I'm feeling depressed, overwhelmed, sad, lonely, I write in it. I'm able to put down my feelings, then take a deep breath and look at my girls. Seeing them happy and healthy reminds me that no matter how hard things get or how stressed out I am, the most important thing is to take care of myself so I can be a good mom for them. Besides, it's really hard to stay upset when you have a giggling 3 year old in front of you making faces at her 10 mos. old baby sister. =)
