Never let success go to your head, and never let failure go to your heart.

Make time, or make excuses. The choice is yours.

Inaction breeds doubt and fear. Action breeds confidence and courage. If you want to conquer fear, do not sit home and think about it. Go out and get busy.

Hey all! I found this article to be really inspiring, it's called 'If You Run Slow, Who Cares?' and I figured I'd pass it on :) the other day I was thinking about my own speeds and the pressure I feel to get faster SOONER so I could have the confidence to sign up for a race..... finding this article was well-timed.

"Hereís a secret about running. The feeling you get after a new PR, the satisfaction from a tough workout well done, and the disappointment from a bad performance all feel the same no matter how fast you are. Thatís the beauty of our sport."
