Thanks Brian!
It helped that I reset my training in January 2017 by committing to the Marine Corps Marathon. That got me back to a solid regiment. Keep in mind I run and compete in Duathlons/Triathlons to maintain my 100lb weight loss. Cross Training is good! In May, I will have been maintaining for 7 years.
For 2018, I've committed to some longer distance Triathlons. I'm also doing local races as well. So training has already started!

For the record, I cleared 1000 miles in 2017. I'm doing Ironman North Carolina in Oct this year so I believe I will have a PR in miles this year!

On Wednesday, I ran 2 miles and walked 1.5 miles. Today so far, I have only walked about .5 miles. I am worried about my personal trainer as he does not seem to be as active. I will have to keep trying to find a dog food that will be better for him. If anyone has any recommendations please let me know. He is over 11 and being a lab mix I need to watch his hip and joint health.

Due to storms last night I could not get online so....

I ran 2 miles in the morning then walked 1.7 at lunch.
