I'm behind schedule once again but here is my update

Goal for the week 200 fitness minutes
and add 1 workout using a fitness DVD

Sun 30 minute walk/jog @ park 50 minutes circuit training
Mon 30 minutes TL Gazelle edge
Tue 15 yoga beginners
Wed 25 min walk @ park with Tyson
thu 55 min circuit training
Fri 0
Sat 0

totsl 205 minutes emoticon

Out of 5 goals, I completed less than half on two and more than half on three. I am short my goals this week due to injury. I am hoping to compete on Sunday, then will be taking next week off except for walking.

June -- Pacific Time Zone
Where you end up is more important than how fast or where you start out.
- Improved fitness and nutrition, energy and confidence are my rewards.
It is our choices...that show what we truly are, far more than our abilities.
A PH (personal high) is the main goal, a PB is the sometime icing on the cake.
Never underestimate the inevitability of gradualness.

I know it's going to be a busy week, going out for dd's birthday tonight etc. So I want to set a reasonable and achievable goal.
At least two cardio/interval workouts and one yoga/strength training workout.
Monday - 10 min walk (sick with sinus infection :-( )
Wed - 15 min walk (still recuperating), 30 min walk (walked to dd's dentist instead of taking another bus)
Friday - 30 min walk (to my dentist appt!)
Saturday - 30 min walk

I seem to continue to need the structure for my fitness. So this week I will walk on the treadmill for at least 15 minutes every day, and do at least 5 strength training exercises, each day Monday to Friday.
Sun:Walked 20 minutes on treadmill, stretching
Mon:Walked 20 minutes on treadmill, 9 strength training exercises for lower body, stretching
Tue:Walked 15 minutes on treadmill, 9 strength training exercises for upper body, stretching
Wed:Walked 20 minutes on treadmill, 6 strength training exercises for core, stretching
Thu:Walked 20 minutes on treadmill, 9 strength training exercises for lower body, stretching
Fri:Walked 15 minutes on treadmill, 5 strength training exercises for upper body, stretching
Sat:Walked 20 minutes on treadmill, stretching

Tue: 40 minute run/walk on treadmill
Wed: 40 minute walk on treadmill
