Today I did nike training clubs strength workout in the morning, plus some stairs at work. I work at the 13th floor, so I normally take the elevator.

For us it is too far, we live in Europe (Munich in Germany) and have a 2 year old daughter.
Running today was really bad, 2km, then I walked 3km at a high heart rate :-(
Swimming was ok, but did not do much

Sounds like you're doing great!

No Disney races for me for a while either, i cant afford to go:( I have the week of the Princess Half in 2019 booked, but I doubt I'll have the money, the race registration is next month and i just dont have the extra cash.

I want to run all the races!

Hello, I am back, rejoining the team. There wont be any Disney races in the near future for me, but never mind.
This year I did a 5 k, then neglected training for one month. Yow I have to restart again. Next 5 k is in september. Yesterday I wanted to run, but the weather was not cooperative, started to rain (really much rain) just after I started. And it is still raining today. So I will go to the gym.
Plan: 5k on the treadmill, then swimming. emoticon

I have a bike race this weekend, and then the Virtual Shorts series. I will also have a 4 mile race at the end of September. Deciding if I am going to do anything else in between this..

Who else is following the Jeff Galloway plan for the Disney races?
Tuesday and Thursday I have at least 30 minutes run, Sunday is the long run, important: Saturday no training (swimming is ok, relax yoga probably too)

So today I did 30 minutes - without walk breaks (rain...)
Only do run walk on Sunday now, 2 minutes run, 1 minute walk
