That's one of Michael Pollan's Food Rules: "If you can't pronounce it, don't eat it!"

Along with many other common sense rules. All are summed up by his basic rule: "Eat food (not food-like substances), mostly plants, not too much."

Tough to argue that one...lol!

Thanks for this! I have noticed that the freezer section varieties are starting to contain ingredients I can't pronounce which to me translates to: I probably shouldn't eat them.
