Good Morning Everyone!! Happy June 30th
Well tomorrow is July 1st. Has anybody given any thoughts to our goals? Here is a recap of some of the things we've talked about and my thoughts - please add, subtract or modify these as needed.
Lose 5" for the month.
Use a pedometer - try to get in 10,000 steps per day.
- I do not think that we can fit that big of a number in the "track goals" like we do our minutes, so how about we combine this with "walk/run 10 miles a week" (that is like 2 miles/5 days) because we could fit our daily miles in each of those little boxes. Then we could track our pedometer steps on a thread like we do now with our calories??
Then continue with the fitness minutes, trying to hit 10,000 as a team! (10,000 is a popular number this month)
Ok thoughts? comments? suggestions? post them here and then either late tonight or first thing tomorrow morning we will put them on here to be ready for tomorrow!
