I recently bought the PACE Express DVD set. It is a set of 6 DVDs, one per week with 6 different daily workouts on each. I am only on day 2; but really like this so far. Some of it is pretty difficult - or at least high intensity is mostly what I mean. One of the great features is that they demonstrate 3 different levels for each exercise to help you modify them as needed for your personal abilities. I decided to give this a try after reading this review in the daily Spark blogs:
