Did the weekly challange (minus the one where your feet go over your head, cause, well, I would need and EMS team to get upright)

Did a biggest looser challange with my daughter, had a great time. It was hard to finish, but I did !!!!! Felt great!

worked out n the wii for 2 hr 23 mins had to make up for my 15 mins yesterday. burned 845 cals. woo hoo!!

To day I WIO on the WII for 85 minutes and burned 292 calories and walked 13,449 steps.

I've been remiss in posting in this thread recently so wanted to catch up. I've been doing the PACE Express DVD series and really like it. It is definitely a good workout and makes me do some things more intensely than I had been doing. I've also been getting in some outdoors activity most days as we finished up the mulching and doing the gardening.

I completed 10 minutes of yoga this morning, nice way to watch the sunrise and gear up for a busy day. Will get more in tonight on the cardio side but it was great to stretch out and get the kinks out of my back.

Amy - Yes, I've found all 20; but it really takes practice. Even after I learned where they all are, I don't always get to them before time runs out. I thought it was great fun trying to figure out where they are. There were a few that took me forever to find. Let me know if you ever want any hints.

You all are doing an emoticon job! Each of you are really inspiring others.

I recently bought the PACE Express DVD set. It is a set of 6 DVDs, one per week with 6 different daily workouts on each. I am only on day 2; but really like this so far. Some of it is pretty difficult - or at least high intensity is mostly what I mean. One of the great features is that they demonstrate 3 different levels for each exercise to help you modify them as needed for your personal abilities. I decided to give this a try after reading this review in the daily Spark blogs:

Each day's workout is only 12 minutes (not counting the short break after each 4 minute segment). My plan is to do this first and then I continue on to do other exercises on Wii or SP videos.
