Didn't Wii today. I took my fitness outside because of the beautiful day. Did a 20 minute walk/job intervals and some raking.

I tried a. new activity on my wii today-the rhythm parade. It was great! Haven't done it yet because I had it confused with another routine! Now I have a new one to add to my list! I also spent time golfing, sedgway circuiting, in tilt city, snowball fighting, and a few other routines, I've walked about 15 mins, also. Did some housework later in the day, too. I've kept moving alot.

I WIO for 41 minutes and walked Mr. Kaiser for 15 min. and I also walked the stores today. Did my favorite store Big Lots and then Beal's Outlet. Then home to clean Bathroom and shower. UGH!!!! But I got it done.

Went grocery shopping, did laundry, cleaned the kitchen, played pokemon with my son, did wii fit island run long distance 8 minutes (Thursday was 12 minutes), boxing for 10 minutes, and did just dance 2 for 30 minutes. I feel like I'm not done yet. I'll most likely do 100 sit-ups after dinner.

walked it out on the WII and I built the South Beach Diner, 3 Burger Champs, the Church, and 3 ranch gates. Plus all the trees on the pathways to the Stadium and one barn and silo. I also completed all the zodiac constellations. Also got my Rainbow.

I burned 234 calories, stepped 10726 steps, and walked 2.7 miles in 78 minutes

Today I WIO for 56 minutes, stepped 7995 steps, burned 175 calories and walked 2.0 miles. I also found my rainbow. woo hoo. I did some heavy cleaning and took Mr. Kaiser for a brisk 15 minute walk.

Thank you SHEENADEE. It has been a chore for sure with my bum shoulder but I am determined to work it out and Walk it out. Sooooo.

Today I WIO and burned 256 calories, stepped 11876 steps walked 3.0 miles in 80 minutes.
I got the Airship and got everything in the parking lot in front of the stadium. Plus I found 1 song (only 2 left) and found 4 new hours only 1 hour to go. They are really getting harder to find. And I found the Rainbow. woo hoo. on a roll.

I only did 17 minutes on the Wii Fit today, but for someone who has ever done it a few times, I'm proud of me :-) Plus I did an arm workout. I know a lot of people don't like to see a woman with muscle definition, but I find it attractive, and thankfully so does my husband, so I lift weights. :-) Done curls, lateral raises, and triceps extensions mainly.
