I've missed you too! I felt like we had a great and very active team here for several years. Made a lot of good Spark friends. Sorry to hear about your ankle sprain. Good to hear from you SHENADEE! I have missed you! I have found my wii to be helpful in getting back into the habit of movement. I have had a sprain in my ankle so I can use the less intense exercises. Soon I hope to be attempting the Dance.

I made a start with the Wii Biggest Loser challenge yesterday, but was too busy today to carry on. Tomorrow I'll be swimming early and then get in 20 minutes on the challenge before I start work and hopefully another 20 mins later with the Wii Fit. Okay so I find that weekends and wii don't work for me but that is okay, I just do other things. I have been on my wii more often than I have posted but here is todays:

well so far so good, yesterday walked 1.2 miles and today 1.3 miles... the worst part is havng to get up early we walk @ 7 and I am usually sleeping as I am not working right now : [

Friday the 13th walk 1.3 miles, Tonight I am making a pasta and sausage dinner for the family, tomorrow is shopping day : [

My son and his friend have decided that they are going for a walk every morning @7... They have invited me to join them so starting tomorrow morning myself and 2 20 year olds are going to walk the neighborhood... : ]
