Getting back on track with exercise. Starting slow, 2 days of aerobics, 2 days resistance band training and 5-7 days yoga/stretching. The yoga/stretching really seems to help the lupus and fibromyalgia. Also to try to eat more.

It is what it is, or is it?

Tough times don't last, TOUGH PEOPLE DO.

I have really let myself down lately. There have been some new health challenges but I cannot let that stop me! I need to put exercise in my schedule so I am putting 20 minutes of therapy exercise and a minimum of 10 minutes walking. the therapy exercises need to be back on my schedule.

My life tomorrow will be the result of my attitudes and the choices I make today.

like the specifc ones like a some type of daily activity
