Anyone excited for Warlords of Draenor?

Raiding and group play definitely isn't what it once was.... but that being said - I have lots of fun playing solo.. It brings me back to the times when I did raid and I can still do that content, it's just alone or with 1 person instead of with a large group now... Ahh well.. keeps me and my inner nerdy happy ;)

I agree, it seems really easy so far. I don't understand the point of that. Well, I can see making leveling easier, but why nerf the dungeons so much? People don't have to talk or work together, cc is a thing of the past, tanking is semi-optional, and it's just not that fun. I was wondering whether they made the raids that much easier, too.

I loved the Pandaria expansion, though I didn't actually play it much. So pretty and creative, though. I thought it was kind of sad that they came out with such a beautiful expansion right when so many people were moving on to other games. (I played WoW since vanilla as well.)

WoD is fun, I definitely wouldn't say it's the best expansion yet though --- they have made it way too easy to level and have fun. It used to be a allenge to level and now... at lvl 100 I can solo all instances to lvl 90, including heroics and I can solo all raids up through cata... Panda raids not so much but a small group can do it.. it's silly - kind of takes some of the fun away, so I spend most of my time soloing the stuff I like and mount hunting because it's fun for me :) I play on Madoran.

Hi guys. I started playing WoW again recently after a few years away, and have simultaneously been trying to get on SP more often. Thought I'd check in. Hi, MGSPARKLADY!

My old guild has all disappeared, and my server is a ghost town. I would love to play with friends again. If anyone is looking for a healer or ranged DPS, let me know. :) I've been leveling a panda tank, but I'm not an experienced raid tank. Love the brewmaster, though!

p.s. I haven't upgraded to WoD yet. Was waiting to see if I really wanted to play again.

I started in vanilla and my favorite really was wotlk.. I quit playing and had my 2 boys right before cata came out and picked up again right after WoD came out. I have to say it's just not the same as it used to be. I still have my healers but I find myself playing alone and questing more than interacting with others these days. I find that some people have just gotten mean :( My husband is huge with pet battles so we are in a pet battling guild. So I just do my quests and hang out alone most of the time :) I still enjoy it.

I only started with Cata, husband has been playing since vanilla. I switched from my Nelf to a pandaren when MoP came out and went horde, since he was a Tauren Druid. I actually beat him to max level (by 35 seconds) but still, an achievement for someone who started with a new character in the last expansion and who didn't power level.

I played the beta for WoD, loved some of it and hated other parts. I'm quite liking the new character models, but the NElf females have hands like catchers mitts now lol. Love the fave on my Undead female though, make sup for my Gnomes looking angry all the time.

Jist finished the Iron Horde quest line and I have to say I was hoping for something a bit more challenging. My favorite pre-launch event has to be the Scourge invasion just before Lich King was released.

Tend to be a more casual player now though as, like you I'm in Grad school.... oooh my head just started hurting again when I mentioned it lol

I'm sort of excited. It's hard to be excited when you're not max level (I started shortly before Cataclysm.) I loved Pandaria, new starting zone & race (which is now my main having abandoned my poor Nelf.) I'm hoping to hit 90 before Draenor, but we'll see. Baby + grad school is not fortuitous for gaming.
