I enjoyed Savage Worlds, but I also am enjoying 5e, I have two groups that are pathfinder.

I have NES, SNES, and Genesis I go back to from time to time. Its funny my TV has the hook up for those systems but my boyfriend's TV doesn't, it only goes back as far as AV.

I've been playing 5th edition since play test. Bite the bullet and go up to 5th. It's head and shoulders above the rest. :)

Somewhere in the AD&D days I switched to GURPS and never looked back. Tried Savage Worlds, Champions, and others. Now that 5th is out, I'm back to D&D and loving it.

Hi all, I'm new here, and much older school than that. I'm 58 and started playing D&D in 1979. Have barely done any video games at all, preferring to sit around a table with old and new friends, roleplaying an elf, or a gnome, or a dragonborn, and saving the world one roll of the dice at a time. :)

I'm 37 and I still go back to the games I grew up with, too. My old NES and SNES got stolen years ago, but there are many emulators and ROMs online. I have a Wii and a DS so, I've been able to play old games that way, too.

I also love old PC games. I grew up on Infocom games in addition to all the Super Mario games, etc.I even went to a retro gaming expo a few months ago. They had lots of games set up and I just played all day.

Chrono Trigger, Secret of Mana, and Link to the Past are my go to games. I recently "discovered" Faxanadu and I love it too.

Gosh, I love our N64. There is nothing like getting my brother, husband and son together and all of us trying to go at each other in Mario Kart. Oh....that Rainbow Road... emoticon

I had a brief love affair this fall with the old Civ games when they showed up on Steam on sale. Oh! and...what was that...Age of Empires. That too. Good times.

I still have my Atari and Sega Genesis. I still love to play those!

I used to love the King's Quest series, and Where in the ____ is Carmen Sandiago on the PC with my bestie mamachef. We had some good times with those!

I'm an old fart of 36 and have been playing games since my little tabletop Pac Man game. It looked like a miniature arcade game that ate 4 C batteries. I remember having to buy a new monitor for Theme Hospital because my old one wasn't SVGA compatible. Remember the heyday of Bullfrog? Ahh man damn EA for eating them up!

Even with the plethora of new games out, and the tons of games that will be coming out for the holiday season soon, I still find myself playing the same old games. I turn to my city builders, Zeus, Pharaoh, Emperor Rise of the Middle Kingdom, I go older to Dungeon Keeper 2, Constructor, Theme Hospital....but then I'll play some Majesty or Stronghold as well.

What old games keep drawing you in to play?
