Maybe it was too similar to some of the others to make the list, but Dance Central on the Kinect definitely beats me up in a fun way, and Kinect Adventures (typically comes bundled with the Kinect) is surprisingly fun. It gets you jumping, ducking, dodging, and sweating, and even allows two players to play together at the same time.

I'll have to gamefly the Gold's Gym one, it looks interesting in the store! Thanks for the suggestion!

Looking foward :)

I got DDR but I didn't find it much of a workout. The real game, yes, but this not so much. Maybe I just had it too easy though. I bought it, played it once, and haven't touched it since.

I got Gold's Gym Cardio Workout on Wii and I love it! It's a bit of a work out and it's fun (at least to me)

Just found this article on SP and it sounds awesome! Here's the jist:

The Best Dance, Workout and Active Video Games:

-MTV's Dance Central - Kinect
-Zumba, Kinect, Wii, PSMove
-DDR (You know you love it!) PS2, PS3
-Rock Band 3 made the list but I know I totally burn MAJOR calories rocking out on expert drums!
-Some others but their "Fun" Ratings sucked
