My goals for the rest of the year:
1. workout every day to burn the calories I eat
2. eat only wholesome food, not junk food
3. lose 70 pounds by following 1 and 2.
4. Go to two retreats at the Zen Mountain Monastery.
5. Be able to do zazen (sitting meditation) for an hour straight (I can already do it for 30 minutes, but it doesn't always work out the way I want it)
6. Be present with my husband through snuggling, movies, dates, and the like.

That's it....boy, I have a busy year ahead of me, but I'm staying strong so far!
