I had mostly B’s so the low carb plan, which is spot on and what works well for me when I work it.

Same for me with the quiz results. I am definitely not one for meal replacement and shakes. I, too, like to cook and have many low calorie recipes.

Yep same for me. I wonder sometimes if meal replacement is the default for a lot of plans. I belonged to Tops in a small town many years ago. It was good but there isn't one here. I still have the book and the diet though.

Yup - we do that quiz at the start of every run through the 100 Days book - most people find that it's not really 'them' but it does give you pause for thought. Sounds like you have a great plan for YOU.

Has anyone done the Diet Quiz from the link in the 100 day book to get a suggestion as to what type of diet plan would work best for you? I did it just to see what it suggested. It was an epic fail. I had 5 C's, 3 A's, and 3 B's in my answers so my suggested diet plan is a meal replacement program with protein shakes. That's totally not me. I go to my weekly TOPS meeting and I like to cook. I'm a Hungry Girl fan. I love the lower calorie recipes and I do all my tracking here with Spark People. I wonder how they determine the conclusion? I'm just getting started. I did my 10 reasons why I want to lose weight today and I'll start Day 1 tomorrow.
