This team is made up of different groups of people: some who are here for the first time; some who are just coming to the end of their first journey through the 100 Days; some who have worked through it more than once; some who prefer to work through it at their own speed; some who are simply watching what's going on!

Based on my experience so far, I have set a start date for the next 100 Days on 1st March. This gives those who've just been through the book a bit of a break, time to assimilate what they've learned, pay attention to their top 10 Days etc.

Several people have expressed a wish to carry on with what has now become a bit of a tradition - Friends with the Scale (28 Chapters).

So - my proposal is to begin FWTS on 1st February (28 days), and 100DWL on 1st March.

In the meantime, if anyone wants to start at Day 1 sooner than 1st March, please feel free to go ahead - there will be plenty of encouragement and support for you if you post on the Lessons or Reports threads.

Does that sound OK folks?
