I am so glad that I was able to go through the 100DWL with such a fun, supportive group. Thanks and hugs to all! Each time a little more sticks and as Arnold Schwarzenegger once said, "I'll be Back". Hoping time allows me to do the same with "Friends with the Scale" emoticon emoticon Maria

Good thoughts going out to everyone who finished today and for all those who tried, didn't finish yet, but will try again! YES! Together we CAN!!

I'm so pleased that I came back again and I gained so much from reading, not just the lessons, but from reading everyone's posts!

I'm not at goal yet, making progress though, stronger, healthier and looking forward to Friends with the Scale!

I finished the "100" days and know I will go back to these lessons many times until they become habit. Some have already.
Also I am looking forward to "Making friends with the scale"!
Thank you Gill for making it so easy to keep posting! emoticon

From my journal notes, it looks like I got to day 57 this time. I got off-track after I got back from Florida and got so busy with life and stuff!

Blessings today,

On 1st January around 40 Spanglettes started off on the 100 Days of Weight Loss journey.

There are definitely not 40 people crossing the finishing line - but those that are will receive a Gold Medal!

How did you do? I know there were a few people who had to stop for personal reasons. There is also always a noticeable drop-out around the third week.

This is not an easy challenge, but even if you only managed part of the journey I hope you will have benefited from doing it. It's a life-time's work for most of us!

Are you in line for a Gold Medal? If not, how far did you get - everyone who posts a reply will get a Goodie prize.

Keep Spangling! (next round will start on 1st June!)

Gill
