I used to enjoy a Qi Gong video on Spark but it's been removed. So I did a search and found a nice one. I like how he combined all four seasons and different nature settings into one video.

BONUS/ALTERNATE CHALLENGE: Breathe with intention for 2 minutes. Aim for three times during the day.

Herbalist and midwife Aviva Romm suggests inhaling for 4 counts while saying "I am" in your mind. Then exhale for 4 counts while saying "at peace" to yourself. Repeat the cycle 4 times to ground yourself.
