I have two virtual classes on Thursdays: yoga and Pilates. I know there will be push ups and crunches, but maybe not jumping jacks.

Let's go old school... back to grade school gym class.

Jacks (no jumping required) Do a few full-on jumping jacks or modified jumping jacks:

Pushups.. get down on the floor on your knees or toes for a few pushups. But if getting on the floor is not possible for you, do wall pushups....

Crunches

Or do some ab contractions while standing if getting on the floor doesn't work for you.

BONUS - Maybe some good old fashioned skipping.... or a brisk walk if it's safe to do so.
