I first heard of reframing on a podcast called A Little Happier. It helped me get the kitchen cleaned up at night by replacing my usual "ugh, I have to clean the kitchen and get the coffee set up, I'm too tired" to thinking about how nice it is to wake up to a clean kitchen and coffee ready to go.

I like the tips in this spark article, especially "right now" and "get to".

BONUS/ALTERNATE CHALLENGE: Pick one mindful goal for the week. Write it down, keep it where you can see it daily.
