I did the yoga for the core video. That one makes me sweat. We'll see how that feels the next few days.

Pineapple; stewed plums with a dash of acacia honey; an apple.

Social Isolation Day 5: Finished putting preserver on wooden garden benches; sent a newsletter with a list of resources to the Mums of the children I normally work with. They are being home-educated as our schools are closed. I miss my teaching!!
We're allowed to leave the house twice a day here in the U.K., under current restrictions. Once to fetch food supplies; once for solitary or family exercise. Our normally busy little village was empty on the pavements (USA sidewalks!) but, being a nation of gardeners, people were digging or clipping or kneeling to put new plants in. Every other house a wave and a 'Hello'!

Let's move down from upper body strength to core strength. Everything we do moves through our core which includes abs, obliques and lower back.
