I took five a few times today. I had a lot of tedious, data entry to do. I took a few five minute breaks to give my eyes a break.

Just had a wonderful foot soak.

The two tips I did were: went for a walk with the dog outdoors a couple of times today. It always helps to get away from things and get my mind on something else for awhile.

I sent a couple of thank you cards to friends that had helped me while DH was in the hospital.

The two tips that really help me feel better when I'm feeling frazzled:
organize my space -- visual clutter adds to my stress, so when I tidy my desk or my kitchen, I can think more clearly.
soak my feet -- this is a great transition from busy busy daytime to relaxing evening before bed. I do it practically every day.
