I got a little laundry done, made some vegetable soup for the week, visited dad, then ran errands with DH. I did the video after dinner.

As I emailed last week, let's go through the Spark 7-day bootcamp workout. Let me know if you don't receive Spark emails for the daily challenge emails.

Today's bootcamp is a short cardio video. It's great for those just beginning or getting back on track.

For those of you that are intermediate to advanced, use these workouts in addition to your planned workout for an extra calorie burn.

BONUS/ALTERNATE CHALLENGE: Make your Monday easier -

put together your clothes
make sure your hat, mittens or whatever else you need are near your coat
make sure keys are where you can find them
consider make ahead meals, have breakfast items ready to grab, have lunch ready to go
make your to-do list of what you want to accomplish
