Start the week off with a mantra from international yoga teacher, Katrina Love Senn. Every time you are in front of a mirror, repeat "I am willing to change". Or whenever you are alone, take a deep breath in, as you exhale, repeat the mantra.

Be willing to open your mind to....

new, healthy foods
changing up your workouts
tackling a nagging item on your to-do list
giving yourself a time out to breathe and be silent
eating more fruits and veggies
to be the best version of yourself

BONUS/ALTERNATE CHALLENGE: Increase your upper body strength to help you use oxygen more efficiently during cardio workouts as well as to help you get through every day movements without injury.

Skip the weights if that is not safe for you. Just focus on the muscles being worked.
