BONUS/ALTERNATE CHALLENGE: Start your day, your afternoon or evening with a few big deep breaths and stretches:

Stand with hips width apart, arms at sides
As you inhale, raise your arms up, out to the sides and up above your head, palms facing each other.
Focus on getting taller
Slowly lower your arms back to your sides as you slowly exhale

Repeat two more times, try to lengthen each inhale and exhale. Get that good oxygen flowing!
