On the Spark Yoga team, I challenged myself to do strength training through yoga for my challenge for June.

I picked a yoga with Adriene video for arms and abs. I felt all sides of each muscle group! I think I'll be feeling the effects of that tomorrow!

Find exercises to perform that will work opposing muscles....

biceps/triceps
abs/lower back
chest/upper back
hamstrings/quadriceps

Don't just work the muscles you see in the mirror.

BONUS/ALTERNATE CHALLENGE: Look for some new healthy snack ideas. Add the items you need to your next shopping list.
