I was able to meet my goal of ramping up my activity level a bit after a week of nursing a back injury (if I can call it that). Did soccer drills with Kiddo #2 although not at normal intensity.

Took DH to a doctor's appointment in Columbus this morning. Had a nice lunch and came home to work on the yard. It started raining so didn't get to do much but did get in several walks during the day to get almost 11,000 steps.

I had my to-do list to wrap up before heading out of town for the weekend with my daughter.

I made time on my calendar for a work-break walk since it FINALLY stopped raining here.

I woke up in the middle of the night with a migraine. Today's challenge will be to get through the day... mine are usually 24 hours, then gone, so that is something I can feel grateful about!
